There is no ‘right’ body type. Weight looks different on different people, and it is ALL OKAY. Don’t compare yourself to other people’s bodies, learn to love the body you’re in NOW and what it can do NOW.

this is great - because I always said that if I was a few inches taller, my pouch and hips would even out - too bad I’m only 5’5”. These must be UK sizes though? I’m about 150 as well, but I’m a US size 8

At 145lbs and 5’7 I was a size 13 and people thought I was anorexic… Everyone is different.
